The BBQ Pit Boys show you the “tips and tricks” to help you easily serve up the “best steak anywhere”, the Rib Eye Steak. What makes the Rib Eye #1 for many? The Rib Eye steak, or ribeye, also known as the Delmonico or Scotch Fillet (Australia), is a beef steak from the small end of the rib roast. When the Rib Eye section of the beef is cut into steaks, it is one of the most popular, tender and juiciest steaks available. This is because the meat from the rib section is tender and fattier or “marbled” more than most other parts of the steer. This extra fat makes Rib Eye steaks and roasts especially tender and flavorful. The Rib Eye steak is usually served bone-in, particularly at high quality steakhouses -the extra moisture and fat alongside the bone enhances the flavor. So get yourself some 1 to 11/2 lb and 11/2″-2″ thick Rib Eye steaks –and then go “fire up” that BBQ grill of yours -it’s time for some real STEAK On The Barbecue. @ U dude causeimthesquid proboly have never seen a real BBQ, why do not you go and worie about your own things
The only thing I would like to comment, the lighter fluid. . . Other than that, great video. I learned a lot, and I find these videos very entertaining and American hahaha. If you do not like these videos or you can cook your steaks vary good for you, go away. . .
@ Causeimthesquid You are right on all your points, I see the sh * t boy posters gave you a crushing response. All they do is at best average, less in general. I see they decided to call a “Girlyman” for actually refined and technology, since they are obviously closer to the intelligence creatures it than the people they are eating on the posting. I heard the narrarator dude once say, make the word “, one could say they had to shoot, how to meet 20 times before he made it right.
Do not flip the steak so much, and do it with pliers instead of a hook. Use a little olive oil on a paper towel and oil, rust up real nice. It prevents them from sticking on it!
i cannot stand that people criticize lighter fluid all that you need to do, your charcoal can turn white before your meat on, and burn it. Love the video about the same way I cook my steaks.
Hey guys, not NYC guys pickin on us, we also see you know! and I personally love your cookin, just ask and ill down and help any time! Charlie
